What should I wear to a Zumba® Class?
We recommend comfortable sportswear and trainers, preferably ones without too much grip i.e running trainers as Zumba® requires you to twist and turn.

Do I need to bring anything with me?
We hope you will be building up a sweat so we suggest a towel! A bottle of water is also recommended to re hydrate yourself during and after the class.

Do I have to book my place?
Currently we have enough availability within our venues to accommodate everyone that comes so you do not have to book your place. Our classes are pay-as-you-go.

Do I have to be fit to attend Zumba?
NO, Zumba® is fun and easy to pick up and you can go at your own pace. If you attend regularly you will soon notice your fitness levels improving and you’ll be able to push yourself harder. If you do know of any health issues you have please let your instructor know before the class.

Am I to young or too old to Zumba®?
Anyone over the age of 14 can join our Zumba® Classes. We are currently running school summer term programmes for children under the age of 14.
